We could not have missed the most important event of LGBT sports in 2011. As the team was rather experimental we hesitated for a long time whether we should play on the B- or B+ level. Finally, in a democratic decision, we registered on the B+. Later, it turned out to have been a good idea, even though we finished just a few points behind the podium…

19 sports, over 1,500 sportsmen and women with support from the French national athletes – this could be a brief description of the Parisian TIP, the biggest annual LGBT tournament in Europe. The men’s volleyball competition is split in 2 days and is known for the high level and popularity among European clubs. After the 5th place in our debut in 2009, we decided to try ourselves once again.

The third edition of Volup Summer Cup was divided into 4 levels, but the hosts – Volup – won a total of 5 medals! Teams from C level won gold and silver, two silver medals went to Volup on B- and B and on the highest level our boys won gold, which made them the best team during Volup Summer Cup 2011!
